Q: How do I pick up my purchase?
A: Upon arrival at the salon, simply call (506) 206-8855 for curbside pickup or check in at the front desk and we will bring your purchase to you. Please sanitize hands and wear a mask when entering the building. Our address and contact info can be found by clicking here.

Q: Do you offer local delivery?
A: Unfortunately at this time we only offer local pickup and shipping via Canada Post.

Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: We offer shipping via Canada Post to all Canadian addresses. Shipping is free for gift cards and for all orders over $125.

Q: How can I request a refund?
A: You can call us at (506) 206-8855, or email us at vibrantsalon@rogers.com. Please include your full name, order number, product name, and reason for return. Please refer to our refund policy by clicking here.
